Awesome customer service. The front desk workers are accommodating. The housekeeper is accommodating when needing stuff. The view is great. Rooms are very nice. And love that its pet friendly. It was also kid friendly
Definitely a great place to stay. Rooms are being remodeled and are very cozy. The management and service are fantastic. I have never had an issue with getting moved to a different room when I wasn’t happy with the one I was given.
The service was very poor and inadequate. Rented the room for four people and only had towels for two gu st and a big argument Insued to try and get two more. The mgt decide too opt out and not the us the wet we had coming. The night light sucks doesn't come on till way past dark very dangerous i thought. The toilet backed up serveral times before we could get plunger and fix the problem ourselves. The owner manager said they had no keys to get the maintanace and laundry kind of strange if you aek me.
It sucks. We had four people and got two towels they would not even give us a wash cloth because house keeping never did and they tried to say they tried to give us some yet I was here all day and no one ever came. How hard is it to give someone two fifty cent wash cloths for god's sake. And toilet does not work nor does tv. Yet we have to pay for this. They would not even give me a wash cloth they never gave me because housekeeping left good customer service? I don't think so that's pretty screwed up in f u qsk me. Nor was my room ever vacuumed because housekeeping Never came back to o return towels or wash cloths they took the et we r supposed to pay for a room with no towels or washcloths no working tv q toilet that keeps backing up and I could go on. Someone needs to say something because they r ripping peopleoff and getting away with it!!?
