The worst! I scheduled a delivery for 4:30 pm. They call me at 4:00 telling me they can’t get my refills from the doctor. I call the doctor and get the refills in two minutes. Call them back to tell them that. And then they tell me they can not deliver today!! The Thursday before the Easter holiday! So three days without my insulin and high blood pressure medication! Yeah they really care about your health and convienence! Horrible customer service and handling of a precarious situation. Great job Clark Taylor pharmacy!
Their business hours are problematic for my family. My daughter never gets off work in time to pick up her medications before 6 p.m. when they close. Today is Good Friday; I went there to pickup a prescription, but they are closed today. A delivery truck was there to deliver a shipment; he said he was there yesterday and nobody told him they would be closed today. They post that they are open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. M-F, closed Saturday and Sunday. A pharmacy with hours like it has may be okay for some people, but we're going to switch to a pharmacy that has more consumer-friendly hours.
I have been with claRx Taylor County Pharmacy for at least two years now. The staffs are truly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are the BEST pharmacy of all time that I worked with I highly recommend them. -Mike E.
Staff answers all questions and is very helpful and kind! I order over the phone and they ship my order quickly. I am so grateful to have found this pharmacy!
