Never coming back to this disgusting facility ever. There appears to be a glitch in the machine, I paid for $40 but the machine kept going. I told the clerk who told me to dig in the trash for my receipt. After I told him I did (though my dignity is now lost) he went online and said “yup you paid for $50.01” OH YOU MEAN AFTER I TOLD YOU THAT IT KEPT GOING! There was no offered reassurance, but a “it’s your fault, never happened before”. Though I can show my debit card was originally charged for $40. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN! THE MANAGER NOT ONLY BRUSHED ME OFF BUT MADE ME STICK MY HAND IN THE DIRTY TRASH CAN. I hope this business is shut down due to the inhumane nature of its staff. Or better yet, fire the guy with white, long hair and long beard. Since this is seemingly too much work for him. Be careful folks, and bring gloves just incase you need to get your hands dirty.
Love the friendly service I get from Bart and Joe on night shift they are the greatest thanks always guys and as long as they are there I'll keep coming back
I don’t usually have a bad experience here but today at 5:30 I had some of the worst customer service I’ve had in a while. The cashier literally yelled at me because I didn’t go to the other register when I wasn’t even ready to check out I was looking at something on the other side of the counter. She was very rude for abosolutely no reason at all. If you don’t know how to put a smile on your face and treat people nicely then don’t get a job in customer service that is all I am saying.
If I could give zero stars, I would! The girl working tonight was so rude. She literally told me "I wish yall would just stay home and quit coming in here". She has been working there long enough to know what type of cigarettes a person is asking for but couldn't even figure out left and right instructions. Worst experience! If I walk in and see her again, I won't be back.
It's the laziness for me... Drinks were ringing up HIGHER than price advertised cashier didn't care... drinks were advertised on promotion but didn't ring up on register cashier didn't care...one drunk wasn't scanning at all and was just encouraged to go pick something else... just throw the whole dang store away 😂
