(** I sent this to Corporate to see if I'd get a response...***) My comment is related to the .30 off a gallon promotion 60 days or 100 gallons. On January 7, 2024 I stopped by the local store on ***** road in*****, Fl. I was given a card and told to register it on the website and start using it. I went home to do so only to find out it wouldn't register. I called the help line and was told that I needed to have a official card sent out to me from them and that the ones at the store didn't function. (for first time users) I gladly gave the guy my information and he said they would send out the card. It took almost three weeks to receive the card and on January 31st, 2024 I received and used the card for the first time. This past week I noticed that my last two transactions were at full price. I called in and emailed looking for a resolution and the 'help line' on the red Circle K card people were absolutely useless. One CSR even 'belched' into the phone headset while helping me. ...not kidding a '2 liter bottle of Pepsi drank in 15 seconds belch" I was shocked at the low level of employee they have helping. Each of the three times I called I was bounced around and told to call back because the 'promotions team' guy wasn't there. Finally today I got someone to talk to who agreed that my time shouldn't have started if I didn't even have a card, but he was unable to change the 'sign up date' and nothing he could or would do. I told him, "gee so you are telling me that for approximately 27 gallons of gas ( my remaining balance after the two non discount transactions I did last week....figure its actually around 45-50 gallons)at .30 a gallon discount , about $8.10, you are willing to lose a customer? He said, "I guess so, There is nothing I can do." Seems kind of silly doesn't it? a 60 day promotion that you can't participate in until you are sent a card, and that card takes 23 days to be mailed to you.... so its really a 37 day promotion....And for $8 bucks your people are willing to give up a loyal customer. I have three Cir K's I pass daily....and Now I will pass one of them on my way down to WAWA to pay a bit more for gas, but know that at least my business is appreciated. Feel free to reach out to me if you have a resolution that give me back my promised $8.00 + the two fill ups that didn't get the discount and you might get me back as a customer, but judging by what I 've seen so far of Circle K customer Support....you really don't care. UPDATE: Corporate did reach out and not only apologize for the rude and lazy call center responses, they gave me a gift card to cover my being shorted on the promotion. Sometimes its all about getting the right person to hear the issue. Thank you Circle K
Went in to get 2 cups of ice and a drink and Ethan charged me 79 cents each ice cup. Of course I didn't buy them considering that is outrageous for a cup of ice and I don't know anywhere else who does that.....
Stopped in for a cappuccino and realized that it wasn’t pouring correctly and Jason went out of his way to remedy the situation. He was great and made me an amazing coffee! Taking care of the store and the coffee machine all at the same time, he was friendly and efficient. If you visit this Circle K, make sure to say hi to Jason the exemplary employee!
