Worst experience I've ever had at Circle k by Apple Valley. On Tuesday June 4th at 11:45pm I tried to purchase 3 items 99 cents each and the cashier rung me up my total was a little over 3 dollars. I counted out 3 dollars in quarters then he said Im not taking no quarters and refused to give me the items. It was soooo embarrassing at first I thought he was joking. I walked in the rain at 11:45pm and was refused service because I was paying with 3 dollars worth of quarters.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!! Asked for 5 packs of cigarettes and the girl told me $66 something and I'm like that's definitely not right that's like the price of a carton, so she corrected it and said high $40's which still seemed off but you can't see what they ring up, asked for my receipt and was charged for 6 packs of cigarettes so since I already paid just said to give me the 6th pack then. I don't check my receipts or ask for them everytime (because they don't automatically give them to you) but I wonder how many times I got ripped off. Only wanted to check because she messed up once and it still didn't sound right. Another time I've been here a girl was just talking on the cell phone for a personal call the whole time, no greeting, did not tell me my total, just had to look at the card screen until I seen one. This is definitely a dumpy gas station with the most careless staff. There's another Circle K just down the road a bit further that is a bit better than this one, just go there.

This particular convenience store deserves 0 stars. People tend to forget that it only takes one bad experience to run off clientele. Depending on what time you visit the store, you’re almost guaranteed an uncomfortable/negative experience. I highly suggest finding a store that respects its customers.

This location was right next to the highway which was nice. I went in to get a drink and the staff was interesting. They rang me up but were having a conversation about something and looking outside saying someone was there. Three of them were just loudly laughing/talking and besides ringing me up ignoring the fact that I was right in front of them. I didn't pay much attention to what they were saying but I definitely heard some foul language mixed in. Overall I would say a little more professionalism is needed. I understand it's a quick stop gas station but I don't need to be in the middle of a private conversation when I'm trying to be a paying customer. Just wait until I leave to have your back and forth. I wasn't the only one in there either.

This has to be one of the worst Circle K stores. How can 3-4 employees be working but there is never any fresh sandwiches, hotdogs on the grill no buns. No other fresh food or apple pies 😒😒. How hard is it.
