This review is mainly for the Manager Devon who helped me and my mom yesterday. This manager was amazing. Went above and beyond to do everything she could to accommodate us even though they were closed. She was working alone, showing us kindness, going the extra mile, and had great people skills. She could have easily told us she was alone and was closed, but she didn't. She has a great work ethic, and if I were her boss, I would look into making sure she is promoted and stays within the company. Everyone knows Cinnabon makes great food, so again, the review was for the manager.

The reason for my low rating for this store is due to the unsanitary things that I’ve seen. While being served, I literally seen a worker ring me up at the cash register with the same gloves on that they fixed my Cinnabon with. I was very upset about this. There is no way that these Cinnabon employees should not be changing their gloves. They should not be ringing up customers and then with the same gloves fixing their orders. This is disgusting!!! I’ve seen Employees coughing while making Cinnabon without even stepping away or putting their arm over their mouth! Again disgusting!!! I don’t understand how this place is still in business if I could’ve rated this place a -10 I would have.

Meant to write this review a week or so ago, but the last time I was there, Finn made my experience wonderful. His positivity really put me in a good mood for the rest of the day!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I will be calling corporate on Monday!! Ashley the manager was very rude. I waited a while for my order and then asked whose orders are these that she placed on counter? Ashley shrugged. Then moments later tried to hand me the fist bag that had been sitting for a long period of time. Since my order was now cold due to sitting there and already asking if I could get a fresh one Ashley informed me that I could not and continued with an attitude. I then asked for a refund. I spoke with the cashier and Ashley stated “she’s only a child.” Which I thought was rude due to the young lady stating she’s 16. Customer service is HUGE for me and I don’t believe in being rude to people especially paying customers.

I drove 10 miles to get here by 8:50 and the women had the store completely broken down. Why do you all say you close at 9p.m. when I'm reality the women that work here closes down at 9:40? Terrible buisness practice
