I went here for the first time and when ordering the lady was rude and sassy and she lied about being about to customize my sandwich and she told me that it came plain, but upon receiving my food i was disappointed that there was pickles and mayonnaise already on it and on top of that the food was cold and not that good. There was also a bug in my cheese. For my first time coming here i’m very dissatisfied and would not recommend anyone to come to this establishment because of the poor service, bad food and dishonesty. On top of all that they forgot our drinks and when they FINALLY got our drinks they got them wrong. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Food was good except they didn't have the mac and cheese and I was charged for it, they did replace it with jalapenos that they do charge for which was okay but I rather have had the mac and cheese. Also I asked for jalapeno bombers for Church's Chicken and they charge me for it and I didn't get either. But they didn't give me an extra rolls. My mom got the menudo it could have more meat in it. But it was good

Horrible service before I could order random cashier with attitude told me to order the new box over. Not knowing I was looking at the menu before I ordered. No friendly greeting seemed like they were upset or something. Seemed like the service was slow no rushing for servicing customers. 5 were waiting for food and didn’t have a it’s almost out face. Cashier at the box didn’t ask me what was I taking instead gave me their back so I left. Can’t trust food where even the workers don’t want to be there. I hope they do better next time for someone else as for me on my X list

In my order I didn't get any of my side order just the chicken and I call them and leave me on the phone talking to my self and I don't recommend anything and took a like 30 minute wait just for the chicken because they forgot my sides

The food is very simple Tex-Mex, had the beef fajita they gave me aguacate that was already turning black. Rice and beans didn't have very much flavor. Had to go to try it would probably not eat this food again.
