Was being used for handicapped parkingzfor soiree being held downtown. But like all of Anderson, there is insufficient parking for vans with wheelchair ramps.

Nice small park in Downtown Anderson! In the park are 4 billboards commemorating black history. It is set on the former site of E Church St, the main district for segregated blacks until the 1960s, which had been demolished later on to make a big parking lot. If you are a nightowl, you don't have to wait until day since it is lit at night.
