the staff here are so hum drum and could not care less about what they do, you can see it on thier faces from the grim disposition to the absolute refusal to return a friendly smile. not to mention the back of house staff hanging out in the front of the very cramped customer area having an extremely loud conversation with friends in a foreign language. so loud that I have to yell for the broken spirited person scooping food into my burrito bowl so they can hear me. don't even try to get a burrito wrap. they make it like a softball.

Our queso and one of our burrito bowls was missing from the order. The burrito bowl that did come was made incorrectly and had brown guacamole (see photo). Not a good look for a restaurant that prides itself on fresh ingredients.

The chicken is so bitter and over burnt…I was trying to eat but I can not even eat anymore….And these staff serve too bad…The small guy with tatoos on hands gave me not enough one spoon of black beans…He used the hand spoon to hit on table to made these black beans falling down…3 times not enough one spoon for the food…Dang never come back again.

The food was good, although the service wasnt. The waiter/cashier was not friendly at all and made us feel stupid for asking questions about the food. They did not tell us that the extra tofu cost more, and put extra guacamole even without asking us. In the end we paid $6 extra for things we did not even want

I became extremely disappointed to learn that the Old Corner Bookstore was now a fast food Mexican restaurant. It would be different if they would have torn it down to build something new, but no. They had to profit off of the success of the past. Not angry, just disappointed. Luckily there were still no feral ghouls, so that kept it from being a one-star.
