It has to be a joke! I ordered a bowl of white rice, chicken, and pico de gallo through door dash and this is what I received! Half of the bowl! Also the amount of meat was ridiculously small…. I paid almost 17 $ for half of the bowl with only little amount of meat. Obviously, I got a refund. But this was unacceptable’!! Also, the food was reallyyyy cold!!!!!!

The portion control is strict. I ordered sofritos and they only gave me one spoonful. I intentionally get less rice, expecting more protein, but when I asked for more, they asked if I wanted double. It's not like it used to be.

Ladies working today got mad attitude, very dissatisfied with my experience today. You want to try to charge me for an item I did not want. When working in customer service you don’t argue with the customer when they tell you added an item that was not asked for. Very disrespectful. Never did I disrespect the worker I wish she did the same (The older lady with the red hair).

A man in a hat works here. Even though I ordered chicken and beef for 2 people, the bowl was not half full. This branch does not give you value for your money. Eat at other branches.

very surprising its just this locations or some other also same idk .. portion size reduced surprisingly , before any locations gave good portion, may be i was a little bit late to catch the trend , food is okay but feels expensive now.
