DO NOT go to this chipotle. The service and portion size has gotten worse and worse. We went today I asked for double chicken the guy gives two of the smallest scoops I have ever seen. I asked for more and he said that is two scoops and wanted to charge me more. I got home and weighed the protein and it was 4.7 ounces which is barely the supposed one scoop of protein it should be. Called to complain they refused to offer us a refund. Instead there idea of customer service is providing us with an option that forces us to go back within 30 days. This is not our first bad experience here every time it gets worse. It finally has gotten to the point we felt obligated to post a review To the comment below we already reached out to that site for also another terrible Customer service experience. Your business practices and customer service borderline on unethical. Here we go again. We used our buy one get one get they offered as a resolution from last time. And to no ones surprise we received even less this time. We both ordered double chicken both said at the restaurant that’s not double chicken but they refused to give us more without charging us. Got home and weighed it 4oz and thats including the peppers and lettuce I didn’t feel like digging out on scale.

Veggie bowl not filled and small amount of veggies. Same experience online and in person. Besides the quantity the service is usually decent. Never received response.

The employees were just messing around the entire time and being so rude. Also one whole bar of food was completely broken down so had to go by memory for toppings and since when is not even a half spoon full of chicken a normal portion. For $50 it was a total rip off i literally could’ve got a better experience at a McDonald’s. This will be my last visit to ANY chipotle. Please leave so I can have a better establishment in the area. Thank you

Disappointed. Lettuce was brown. Service was rude. Portion size for double steak felt like a joke. I just don’t know about this chipotle anymore.

A friendly smile can go a long way. Unfortunately for this location in Edgewater, they have totally missed the mark. Everyone seemed very angry and uninviting. There were no utensils available. No ice. The entire place was covered in food. Every single table was a mess. Customer service is just as important as cleanliness. Especially at a food establishment.
