Do not go here.... the meat was cold and I only live 5 mins away... the chips are so stale portions are going down I just ended up getting a double at that point 17 bucks for a bowl is ridiculous considering the quality has gone down... the meat was cold that is ridiculous usually anytime I get chipotle the meat is usually warm even when I get home

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Online order missing items in the bowls, portion size hardly covering the bottom of bowl and it was cold. So cold, the cheese never melted. I have never seen anything like it. Not what was expected based on experience from other locations. As the saying goes "I got your money in my pocket and you don't even know it! Ha!" I would advise going to a different location.

I was hoping to get the same portion of steak as the guest in front of me, but I think you need to know the employee in order to get a little more food on your bowl.

Disappointed in a lot of things but writing due to frequency of frustration. Repeatedly this chipotle has been declining in service. First of all, whenever I purchase a drink it is always to get lemonade, this chipotle has been out of stock of that drink the last 4 times so waste of 3 dollars. Second of all, is portion sizes, repeatedly I’ve been struggling with receiving enough to eat from this place. I will order a chicken bowl and receive 4 pieces of chicken bites. From the entire sides, I usually only don’t get about 1 or 2, but my bowl still can’t even be closed to filled up. At first, I expected that to be a one time thing, but repeatedly has been the story. I hope that chipotle can work on this and at least understand issue of their unsatisfied customers. If anyone is looking for somewhere to eat and is looking at this review, in the same plaza there is a Panda Express and el pollo loco. At least, panda fills it up unbelievably and greets you with a smile on your face for about the same price. For healthy options both spots have healthy grilled chicken. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE!

The server was too fast and did not wait to listen the specifics of the order. I told him to give sour cream on side and he added it to the bowl as he did not let me finish to tell him that sour cream I wanted on the side. He made another bowl as he ruined my order. But he was too messy on filling the small container for the side items. The service was disgusting. Also the bowl was too salty. Will never go to this location.
