UPDATED: We ordered from this place and if you want hard food then this is the place!!!! HARD RICE AND HARD CHIPS!!!! Broke my tooth 🦷! Ordered from this place last month and the same thing. Probably the last time we order here. #shoplocal I did a pick up. Easy right? I didn't know they put drink orders in the bag so I didn't realize that until I got home so basically I didn't get my drink. I got a burrito bowl with steak. It was good except it was loaded with cheese. I try not to eat dairy but I do like a little from time to time.

Personally love the chipotle menu. At this location, the serving sizes were small, the trash was overflowing, and trash was flying and stuck in the bushes outside. Staff was more interested in cooking the food than tidying up the restaurant.

I was really dismayed when my doctor’s office put in our chipotle orders and one of our practitioners didn’t receive their bowl and we were missing items. Not only that but our orders were wrong, ordered double chicken pastor and received barbacoa. Ordered side of tortilla and it was nowhere to be found. And the chicken salad was missing as well. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is a nice franchise and is well kept for the most part. They get so busy here that they have trouble keeping the utensils, soda, and napkins stocked. Otherwise they do not make many mistakes and can get you in and out pretty quickly. Definitely a good place for a quick lunch.

Abysmal customer service!! I place an order shortly after opening hoping to run in on my way to work… I get there way past the promised time.. food is not ready and there’s no one to ask even though there’s at least 10 employees standing around idly (they all ignore me)… only one person in the online order is “working” i.e. barely moving… If there isn’t any customers in the store is it policy for those employees to just stand around and not help with mobile orders?????so I stand there for good 10 minutes then ask the girl if she can give me an update on my order or if there was a way to cancel the order… she just stares at me and says NOTHING! …. Needless to say I was late to work and I will not come back… the rude can stay rude and keep on bouncing from job to job… I don’t need that in my life… plenty other options
