Today I decided to treat my cousins out on a lunch date to chilis. Our server, Aubrey was superb! Her positive and lively attitude made our experience all the better. She was super attentive, communicative, and overall helpful. To begin with we had chips and salsa as an appetizer, 10/10. My cousins scraped the bowl clean. As for entrees, two of us ordered the 3-for-me. Both started off with a delicious Caesar salad, another must have at Chili’s… it’s a lil TOO good. Continuing on to the mains, honey chipotle crispers tasted great accompanied by the Mexican street corn and French fries. The other meal was crispers, it was a bit of a let down when Aubrey told us that we could not toss them in mango habanero but not too bad, we had it on the side. The final entree was the class triple dipper! Honestly another 10/10 item on the menu. The garlic parm was not exactly what i was expecting but still good! Southwest egg-rolls were made perfectly and the fried cheese had the iconic cheese pull seen all over tiktok. Overall the experience was amazing, food was delicious, and the vibes were immaculate. Great for a quick-bite, but also the perfect atmosphere for a nice long sit down… just remember to tip your server good if you’re taking up a table🤞

I had the steak fajitas because my husband said that he liked that back in the day and that I should get that. It was a bad idea lol. Our waitress was really nice but the food was not good. The guacamole wasn’t fresh (it looked dark green) and was very bland. The steak had a weird taste and consistency; (only reason why I ate some of it was because it was almost 3pm and I could have eaten a rock if you put it in front of me). The fajitas were also not cheap; they were $20!! I mentioned that I wasn’t happy with my meal to the waitress and she just smiled and said “sorry!” :) Sorry back to you Chilis, but this wasn’t it!

Great spot to dine at. We got seated fast. The waiter served us fast. And our food came fast. Great flavor. The staff are friendly and quick. Love it here

I have not been to Chili's in 8 years; however, my daughter wanted to come. The restaurant was not very clean. There was trash on the floor. The restrooms were in deplorable conditions. I was a little afraid to order. Nonetheless, we stayed and our food was actually pretty good. The guacamole was bad though. I think it was spoiled due to the onions. It wasn't fresh, because it was already turning colors. The waiter was extremely nice and attentive. I ordered a strawberry patron.... hats off to the bartender. It was amazing. There were many guests celebrating their birthday, so hearing the waiters/waitresses sing was very entertaining. I don't know if I/we would come back, but if we did I hope we have the same waiter and bartender. I also hope it's a bit more clean. I know it's hard finding good help right now.

We came to celebrate my daughter's eighth-grade graduation. The waitress was very nice and attentive. Constantly checking on us to ensure we were fine and did not need anything. On top of the refills. She was very sweet; I just wish I remembered her name.
