I recently had lunch at chili’s in Marshall, there was a server her name is “Marie” she had a horrible attitude when I placed my order she came and she really was rude to myself, my wife and my kids the manager never said anything to her about it. The floors are always clean the cleaners do a great job keeping the restaurant nice and shiny clean! The only problem is that Marie was rude to us and was talking bad about people to other workers, if I was others I would not suggest to have Marie as your server she was very rude to us.

Barf! I ordered a steak(medium), broccoli & asparagus. The steak had a horrible rotten smell, and was GREY! 🤢🤢🤢 I can honestly say that tonight was the closest I have been to puking over food in awhile! For $41. for one person it's inexcusable. I don't even blame it on the cook. If they aren't given quality meat to cook they can't be expected to cook a decent steak. Thanks for reminding me why I never eat away from home anymore. My condolences for the old cow that had to die... NEVER AGAIN. 🤢🤢

The service at this location was great and fast. They got the order right. It was a Togo order and it was perfect. The person taking the order was very helpful and good suggestions and recommendations on food and the sides. Plenty of parking. Place was clean.

I give this location in Marshall a 3.5 star. Chili’s is one of those places that in my opinion you would go more to hang out with people than to find an extraordinary meal. Don’t get me wrong the food is okay but it’s just that, okay. I don’t frequent this establishment because the cost of food is definitely not worth the quality and quantity that you get. The wait staff was excellent this last time we went and really working hard and that says something! The place could really use a good deep cleaning though!! Another reason I don’t frequent this place is because years ago when my child was a little boy the waitress put his plate too close to the edge of the table and he dumped the contents out of the floor the minute he got his plate. She admitted it was her fault and still charged me for the spilled plate and the replacement plate. Then the next time we visited their was a fly in my child’s ice in his drink. They still charged us for that too! Maybe they do not do this to their customers anymore but it still stays in my mind from many years ago. It is still just an average restaurant in an average city in America.

Memorial day lunch this afternoon was awful. The store was hot ,service was slow and our waiter talked to low to hear across the table . I had four people in our party ,each one was told they were out of their first choice from the menue...no chicken tenders ,no lemonade made of a certain flavor ect... I just decided not to order any thing after I seen how the appetizer came out . The loaded fries ,burnt, cheese,burnt... and someone needs to remind yall a ceaser salad is made with romaine lettuce not a spring mix 😒
