One for the worst spicy deluxe chicken burger I had in my life. This location serves the worst burger. The chicken was deep fried and looks dark drown, doesn’t look like fresh and tasted good at all. I told them and they replaced but that also looked the same. Very disappointed and will never try here, if I am transiting this way again.

Out of spicy sandwiches and lemonade machine broke. Ordered nuggets, chicken deluxe and fries, waited 15 minutes and finally was told it will be 3 more minutes. 10 minutes later I was finally given my food. Sat down to eat and everything except nuggets were cold. I was told it would be another 3 minutes of I wanted fresh. I left, didn’t have at least another 10 minutes to wait. Employees had time to be in their phones and talking with each other while customers waited on cold food. Unacceptable.

Compared to other Chick Fil-A’s the atmosphere was okay and the service was just okay. They forgot the fries for the order so I walked back and I got a little attitude… from the guy working behind the counter. I under the busy rush but the whole customer service theme that chick fil a usually has at most locations, doesn’t exist here. Good was still good.

1: Workers here in the morning are always super nice. 2: Whoever does ordering/inventory needs to find a new job. Today, 6:45 am - no regular chicken biscuits or chic-n-minis. Last trip I was here, (prob around 6am) - no chicken biscuits. The time before that, they were serving fries at breakfast because they were out of hash browns. It has become a running joke with me and my bf about which item you guys will be missing. How Chick-fil-A gonna be out of CHICKEN??? 👀 Y'all are in an international airport, are you really worried about having extra inventory? Do you have no inventory management system?? Maybe you don't even realize how many people just walk away irritated??? I come back because of the nice workers and because I prefer chicken to sausage/bacon (which are the only options at most other restaurants); however, I'm frequently disappointed. If this place was not in the airport, I would not come here.

One of the worst experiences at a chick fila. They had a line like no other and the employees were just talking to each other like it was a summer break without any worries about the customers at all. It took almost 45 minutes to get an order in. Never will I return to this chick fil a! Really bad customer service
