Chick-fil-A at Houston's airport was great! The line moved incredibly fast, even though it was busy. They really know how to handle a crowd efficiently. Plus, being able to use the Chick-fil-A app to earn points while I waited was a nice bonus. To top it all off, the Cobb salad I ordered was delicious! Fresh ingredients and a perfectly balanced dressing. Plenty of seats available, some of them have chargers. Highly recommend this Chick-fil-A for anyone needing a quick and tasty bite at the airport.

Located right behind B terminal security check. Very convenient. Friendly staff, quick service. You can’t expect more from a in-airport counter. However, 1 minus point because they don’t recognize rewards/loyalty program

The least friendliest Chick-fil-A I’ve been too but food was fresh and correct. Took a while to request for sauce or additional items as nothing is left out. This location does not scan app barcodes so do not plan on using your app for payment. This store is directly once you leave the security check for terminal B

Staff was incredibly unprofessional. No one knew they were about to close, but all of a sudden, they started turning everything off, rushing orders out, telling customers waiting on their food they were out of almost everything they ordered, and offering to get them chicken sandwiches instead. 5 minutes after close, they had thrown some bags at us and vanished.

Came to the plane to enjoy my meal. 🧐 Someone burned my strips. The flavor was off. I think maybe the oil needed to be changed out. I don't even want to look at everything else I ordered for the kids. 🤦🏻‍♀️
