I come to this location often, as it is close by to my apartment. I never have any problems here and the food is pretty consistent. I came in on Saturday to get a kale salad and there was a bug in it. I went and showed it to an employee and then they showed it to a manager . The manager looked in to the bowl and asked me if I ate it outside as if it was my fault. I told the manager I place my order on the mobile app, but decided to eat it inside. She asked for my name to look up the order and gave me another salad. As the manager handed me the salad she said “hopefully this one doesn’t have any bugs in it “ … I was so mad but I just took the salad and left and just got some pizza next door because pizza would never have bugs in it.

We just landed at DCA and were yearning for CFA, but the CFA in DCA was incredibly busy (long line), so it made more sense to drive here. Service was very quick and the food was fresh and tasty as it always is! Definitely enjoyed it and would return when in the area! There is parallel parking right out front, which you might be lucky enough to grab.

I have been patronizing Chick-fil-A Crystal City for over 3 years. It is my favorite Chick-fil-A location due to the excellent staff who always goes above and beyond. Every member works very hard to keep customers like me happy. Ulda & Evelin keep the restaurant spotless, and it has been a pleasure to get to know Brenda, Latrell & Ronald. I always look forward to my visits for excellent food and service.

Both the food and service are great. However, they really need to fix the women's barhroom water temperature in the sink. The temperature is extremely hot. It is very dangerous for a small child's hands. Even the personnel complained about it being extremely hot and management not doing anything to get it fixed.

My husband just patronized this Chic fil a burnt restaurant and this is what he was given for $30 odd dollars. Burnt dried up chicken tenders, he ordered 3 of the 4 piece tenders, two of the orders were meals. Extremely disappointed! Especially for what is supposed to be considered a higher standard of fast food, so much for that. 😒
