just had the worst Experience at Chick-fil-A ever. I went through the drive-through and it was super slow. I ordered breakfast from the drive-through and decided to come in And get a chicken sandwich. I ordered the chicken sandwich and asked if I can get the cheese melted a little bit more. As you can see from the photo below, the server told me that this is the best they can do and they can’t melt the cheese anymore. I said OK no worries but the bun was also stale and hard. I still ate the sandwich. No worries and then asked them if they can give me a refill on my drink that I had just ordered through the drive-through line before I decided to come in to order another sandwich, they question me and said did I bring the cup from outside and then they can’t refill the drink. I told them I just got the drink earlier and she had already refilled it when I came to order the chicken sandwich and I just wanted a refill before I left , why would they question me about a drink drink that they had just given me a refill on and I was just getting another refill before I got back in my car to drive to work. To say the least this is the worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had, and the food was not up to par , I won’t be returning to this Chick-fil-A ever.

Food, service, and atmosphere were all great as you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. The BONUS was the kids play area. They are difficult to find these days as fast food joints update their interiors and remove them ☹️. Very grateful it was there and open for the kiddos to burn off some energy. The play area was clean and the kids had a great time. Note the play area closes at 8 for cleaning.

This chick fil a location goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I have a food allergy and they're always so helpful in addressing my questions and alleviating concerns. Highly recommend!

I sometimes stop at this location for dinner before going into work to begin my 10pm shift. Last night I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I ate on the ride to my work location. By midnight I had to leave work from being sick. I literally regurgitated everything all over my work area. I felt light headed, then suddenly fluids was spewing outta my face. It’s the next day and I’m still home in bed. 🤮

This Chick-fil-A I’ve had issues with really rude management before but I continued back because it’s just so close to my house. But today I Just got home and found a bug in my salad and hair in my fries. Eating out isn’t cheap anymore and that was waste of money. Honestly really grossed out.
