They were better without the mobile order line. I wish there were just two lines like it used to be. I don’t know why Chick-fil-A is pushing the system across the board. Food is still fine but I honestly wish they’d never updated this location if this is how they were going to create it

Time and time again Chick fil a seems to get orders wrong or are far from generous with their food. Whether it’s lacking a pickle or shorting on fries. I’m frustrated because CFA has never filled up their fries and doesn’t seem to stay on top of quality check before food goes out. Update a few minutes later I pull out my chicken sandwich and it was missing both pickles. This is absolutely terrible. Held back on fries and no pickles on my sandwich. I am a pickle only no sauce guy so this really matters when it comes to enjoying this sandwich. CFA you have to do better.

one star because you cant do no star. messed up my order multiple times and the bald manager was glaring at me and did not greet me when i asked for help. if there was a negative star, i would give it a -5 because of how rude that manager was. witnessed him being rude to another woman. also found a pube hair in my fries which were cold upon receival. very disappointing and disgusting. 0 out of 10

The decision to convert one line into mobile orders is complete insanity. Seeing the car line wrap around and go into the road, blocking that entire street while the mobile line is 100% empty is frankly infuriating. Do not go here during any busy time without a mobile order until they open the second line again. It is not worth it.

Chick Fil a is my go to spot but lately every time I order a fruit cup (this one is a medium) they are never full and if they are it’s full of apples with a few pieces of strawberries, mandarin oranges, and blueberries. You pay an arm and a leg for this fruit cup and all you get is a half full cup. Let’s not forget the salads. I’m a big fan of the market salad but I’m so tired of paying for a salad that comes with hardly anything in the it. So disappointing!
