Went through the drive thru last week and a woman with a color short bush hair style not the cashier but the window food helper was very nasty when I asked for two more extra sauces! Slammed one of the sauces in my hand! And she heard me when I said that! First Time ever experiencing that here. That was very rude of her to do that! My food was great but she needs to be in the kitchen with that poor attitude
Used the curbside service. Didn't have numbers on the curbside signage...so had to ask a server for help who was just finishing up with another vehicle. We gave our name and he found our meal but would have been so much easier had the signage been numbered. Otherwise a very good experience.
I placed a order today and finally, my order arrived, and I couldn't wait to dig in. But as I reached for my favorite sauce, my heart sank. It wasn't there. Feeling a bit disappointed but determined not to let it ruin my meal, I politely approached the server named Kat to request the missing sauce. However, instead of the warm smile and helpful attitude I had come to expect from Chick-fil-A staff, I was met with a cold glare and a dismissive attitude. Kat's tone was sharp as she brushed off my request, insisting that they were out of the sauce and there was nothing she could do about it. Shocked by her rudeness, I tried to reason with her, explaining how much I was looking forward to enjoying my meal with that particular sauce. But she remained unmoved, her demeanor bordering on hostile. Feeling frustrated and disheartened by the lack of empathy from Kat, I reluctantly returned to my table, my appetite soured by the unpleasant encounter. Despite the delicious food in front of me, the absence of my favorite sauce and the rude behavior of the server left a bitter taste in my mouth. As I finished my meal, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the negative experience at what I had hoped would be a satisfying trip to Chick-fil-A.
Excellent food and service there staff is super friendly too. Once I ordered a frosted lemonade and got a chocolate milkshake and then they gave the frosted lemonade so I got 2 shakes. They also have a cool play are for kids.
The staff you have working at your restaurant are amazing! My friend, who is a total jokester pulled up placed an order and when asked his name replied…Edward Scissorhands. As we pulled around, we were met with another gentleman that we called the toll master. My friend asked how much is the toll to get our food and with confidence and humor the tool master responded, I think that would be free today.Pulling up to the window to receive our food, we were met with staff inside all making Scissorhand jesters And laughing 🤣 our original order taker greeted us at the drive-through window, saying to me the passenger “you can’t take him anywhere can you? “I replied with laughter no, I can’t.! We laughed the entire ride home. Your staff is amazing, smart and funny. And the food was delicious. Thank you!!!!
