Big airport. Not easy / intuitive to find the ride app pick up zone on arrival - poor signage and long walk to the designated area. Also lack of lounges in Terminal 1,2,3 for some reason (not a single one on priority pass?)

O’Hare Chicago Airport is very big, they have managed it so well. It’s very neat and clean. They atmosphere inside the Airport is so nice 😊 I liked this Airport because of cleanness, many options for food and shopping. Passengers waiting areas for their flights are very nice and relaxing. Suggestion: I only find ATM on B16, please add more atms on other gates as well. Thanks, I had good time there.

April 2024 5* I came back to Chicago airport after a gap of 14 years last time it was 2010. It is such a big airport and has so many terminals. All terminals are connected. You will feel that it is shopping mall and also allow flights as there are so many shops. You can do find so many popcorn shops. First time I saw Lego dispensing kiosk. I did not go out of the airport as it was only transfer from Toronto to Portland. You can find so many places to relax and enjoy. My flights were mainly from Terminal 1 and 2. Airport is fully accessible and washrooms are clean. One of the best airport.

I love this airport so much! This airport will always have a special place in my mind. First, the immigration TSA officers was super friendly, and we were able to fly through it. We live in the metro Detroit area, and we always book from Chicago because Detroit is way to expensive. When we make out trip to India, we are always pleased by our experience here. The gates waiting areas are clean and spacious, and multiple charging outlets are accessible. Great views of the beautiful 777s and the 787, and the a350. These planes are the most common for international flight. However, this airport did lose 1 star from me because: as our flight was in the night, the gate was eerily empty. Our gate was very bustling and crowded (not too much) at around 7 pm. We came early for our flight, and we obviously stayed until our flight at 10 pm, so we observed the gate. At 7 pm, around 4 or 5 planes in that section of the airport took off, so maybe 70 percent of the crowd went away. In the next half an hour that section became EMPTY. No one else from our plane was there yet, because we were VERY early. But when it was empty, it was eerily quiet, and the problem that made me throw one star away was that there were ominous looking workers there that looked like they were on something. Came toward us, and we moved away, they followed again, and we just went to the bathroom. When we came back, thankfully they were gone. But anyway, everything else was amazing. Thanks so much ORD staff!

One of the busiest airports in the world so get here early even if you’re flying business and have a clear pass. Staff are helpful here. Airport was clean with plenty of dining options. Only a few are good. The smart seats are not worth it! It’s only vibrations! If you’re traveling light take the train to downtown, it’s only $5
