The receptionist was rude. My prescription was texted to me as ready. I had to wait for 10 min watching others get theirs before mine. The cashier had no idea what was going on with a new prescription and told me there wasn't any refills on it. Then I had to wait an additional 10 min for them to check out if any was available. To no surprise there wasn't any available. I wish so badly there was another place close by. I noticed as the older employees leave and the newer ones came in, things took a turn for to going bad service.

The customer service is bad not friendly at all the communication with customer about not being able to get certain medications I understand they can’t attend very customer needs but if they know there going to have troubles let the customer know a head of time so the customer can make other arrangements to find or get there medication

It’s been a long time since I’ve been in but was so pleasantly surprised when I came in looking for a standard “drug store” item only to find a plethora of giftable type of items! I was able to knock out a bunch of gifts for people that I was looking for! The prices are a little higher, but not by much, and they do have a discount punch card and offer cute little complementary services like gift wrapping. Nice local option with a little bit of everything!! :)

I have been using this place for years. Really great people. All of a sudden i got a snarky person. I'm sure it had to do with my meds. The stigma of opioids is awful. Been filling them 2 days early,as my Dr allows. I have pill counts, and pee drops, but this woman made me wait until i was completely out. Love Chets, and its not my fault I'm in severe pain.

A true anchor for the Amery community! The staff are always willing to help with questions or aasist you in finding whatever you might need, be it medication, everyday items or special gifts. Five stars are not nearly enough.
