I would’ve left one star but couldn’t do that to Conrad. Conrad goes above and beyond to help and is awesome. I’ve been at this location four different times trying to get a notary. The lady that does notaries is there, but for some reason, people behind the desk won’t have her do notaries, telling me to go to a different location will not be using this branch anymore!!!!!!!!!!

Chase made an error to my account they made a deposit to my account I wasn't aware of an bankwould not take responsibility for error so I'm being held responsible for overdraft its really awful the way this bank does business

Jonathan López is the best officer at this branch. He was really attentive from the beginning. Although they do not have enough people to assist me he found the way to help me as soon as possible. I really recommend to reach him when you get there. very helpful and kind

I would like to commend Moody for his outstanding service as my banker. His attention to detail, prompt responses, and thorough knowledge have made my banking experience exceptionally positive. I highly appreciate his dedication and professionalism.

ATM out of service 90% of the time, and branch closes at 5pm, just as ppl get off work. This branch is completely useless unless you still write paper checks, need a teller, and don't have a job during the day.
