Excellent customer service by Romain. He was getting customers through the line so quickly, with a smile! The lady behind me commented on how good of a job he was doing too. He deserves a raise!

Came to grab a couple of things and the customer service was horrible. I don't expect a grand ceremony but really, you can't stand to be off of your phone for 10 minutes while you handle customers? No greeting, no farewell, and staring down at the phone. The receipt said the cashier's name is Ja'Yanna, I hope you guys can at least tell your employees to wait until people are gone to get on their phone. It's extremely disrespectful, you could've at least looked up for a second!!

I travel often, this is what Charlotte's Landing looks like from outside. I saw a previous reviewer share pictures of and tell of her experience. Unfortunately she posted on the wrong business. If her review is still posted, I reported it for being the totally wrong business, compare the pictures and mannequins. I'm all for holding places accountable, but not if it's on the wrong place. That's unfair and dishonest. If she keeps reposting it even after it's been removed, then she borders on immoral and her reasons of doing so is suspect. It's in an airport and prices are higher, that's just the facts of life. The store is well stocked, offers a variety of snacks and drinks. Their toy section is without compare in an airport setting.

Airport prices obviously but they usually have a decent selection of healthy snacks, nuts and beverages.

This lady was so rude, unfriendly. A customer waited at the register of this person to buy some thing. She didn't even make eye contact, didn't say a word to the customer it was so uncomfortable to watch. This employee ends up just walking away leaving the customer standing at the register. Sales person 524401 was at the register texting people while we are trying to buy items.
