I like knowing that if anything were to go wrong we can talk to the advent and get help rather then being stranded alone.
Inquired about a destination wedding in Hawaii and initially received receptive response. Was asked for a non refundable deposit and when we inquired about what that deposit was for, was met with hostility. We wanted choices for wedding venues and asked for several options both including all inclusive and "menu" options. Seemed like all they were interested in was how much money they could get by doing the least amount of work. Can not recommend, if they are experts on Hawaii, it seems they are only interested in what they can get out of it.
This is the 3rd time Karen has made travel arrangements for 4 or more of us. Each time she went out of her way to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Karen!
