I put 180 in the ATM and it never cleared. I called the bank and centennial has no idea where my money is. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The first time it happend was in EP. Worst bank I've ever had in my life. Go to Emerald coast instead

Visiting Apalachicola with my wife and needed $5 bills for tipping while we're here. Went into this bank and asked for change for $20 in $5 bills. The bank refused to change cash for cash because I didn't have an account. The teller said it's because they would have nothing to fall back on should she give me wrong change. I asked her to count out carefully, $5 bills. She refused. Welcome to the friendly town of Apalachicola!

Not sure why there is 2 other 1 star ratings. Doesn't seem fair that they get blasted for not being able to withdraw after a category 5 hurricane that devastated this area. They actually tried really hard to help after the hurricane and put up mobile banking centers right away, there is still one up in Mexico Beach! That reviewer is being ridiculous. Anyhow, never had any problem with this bank in almost 10 years, always courteous and helpful. We've had business accounts as well and never a problem. Even better, you get that small town service where they know you by name. 5 stars!

Won't give you change for a 20 unless you have an account there. Really? Your the only bank in town and all change machines are broken. Pretty ridiculous
