5-star VALUE! This place is a secret gem on the south end of town. Family-owned, it is diligently cleaned and maintained. The updates to the property from several years ago when we last stayed here are notable: remodeled bathrooms, landscaped front yard with designated smoking and pet areas. Updated outdoor and indoor pools as well as saunas. We have SO enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend. We will be back! :)

This place is run by a sweet, hardworking, extended family. Our 1st room was noisy and had some issues. I mentioned them to the front desk and they went out of their way to correct them promptly and move us to another room. They're clearly working to upgrade the property. The beds in the 2nd room are new, it's bright and airy, and there's a little kitchenette w a sink. The amenities of the pool, hot tub pool, sauna, and steam room are a luxury touch. The landscaping and courtyard are pretty and theres a bbq area. Breakfast is your usual hotel fair, nothing exciting. Overall a pleasant place that serves well as temporary HQ as we travel.

Fabulous hotel with excellent customer service. We loved our room: spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Will stay here again. The kindest hotel staff.

No phone in the room cockroaches running around TV not working for a week even though keep telling me about it and they just tell you that you need to learn how to use it. Housekeeping comes five times a day and they just walk in, paying full price for a room and they won't even let you have their complimentary breakfast. And like most hotels have soap and shampoo in the rooms and said they asked you to pay for each one for a dollar. Can't have anybody in your rooms even fellow residents of the hotel in my opinion that makes it one of the worst hotels around don't let the idea of having a pool a hot tub and complimentary breakfast for you there's other hotels which aren't rude and don't try to clean your room five times a day when you already told them you don't need it.

The “hotel” is a very old decrepit apartment complex. People/some tweakers are living here, walking around late at night. Piles of people’s stuff stashed under the stairs. The building is falling apart, outdoor carpet glued to rotting wood stairs. It looks as if the kind family that runs it are unfortunately attempting to do the “repairs & improvements” themselves. Covering the rotting, old or damaged insides of my “room” with white paint doesn’t make it nice. The headboard that was glued to the wall was falling off, the very old hairdryer didn’t work, no coffee cups, no furniture to place my belongings on & an old mattress that when I sat on it collapsed to the box spring. There’s great potential for this place but improvements need improvement & choose to either be a run-down apartment building or a hotel & then hire someone else to remodel.
