Our bus driver that took us up at 10:15 am was absolutely wonderful! The driver coming back at 6:10 pm was not so nice because he had to wait 30 seconds for us so he was none too happy! He told us he has to leave at 6:10 pm on the dot. We were walking down to the bus, some of us are slower than others so we may have held him up for 30 seconds to a minute, no more than that! I tipped him and thanked him for waiting for us!

Worst service I have ever encountered in my life leaves early or show up late. Or say they are fill because they dont want to move there bags. Make casino employees who are the majority of there business wait two hours more after minute for the next bus even if they have to be there the next day. These people should ashamed and the company anticipate people getting out of work at these times. So I also called the office immediately. He told me there is no way the driver could have been lying because the driver has to turn I. Money and tickets that show 56 passengers. How does he know the driver has done that when he hasnt gotten back yet. These dispatchers just blindly defended drivers no matter what it's very disrespectful. The driver also ask me I didn't get on the overflow bus when I told him there wasn't one he didn't want to hear anything. Hit a button that said the conversation was being recorded and didn't let me get in a word. And hung up. The hotel employees are the bread and butter for the company and are treated like they dont matter. It is very disrespectful. I hope you folks start doing things that accommodate to the people that take it everyday
