There phone order system for pizza is scrued up, used to be able to call and talk to order, it messed up and ordered us 2 pizza, don't want 2, manager wouldn't straighten it out, said she couldn't do anything about it, so we just left, won't buy there again.

Last time I'm going to a Casey's gas station. I'm on the road four days a week and I've stopped at Casey's for fuel almost everytime. Everytime I stop for fuel and go inside, I'm always disappointed. From customer service to the overall cleanliness of the stores, it seems they are at the bottom of the list. Only good enough for fuel and that is it. It would be great if Kwik Trip would replace all Casey's locations.

i called around 1259 pm for a question. and suddonly the other person asked who i was and then i refused. and afterwords- they said "what can i help you with." For 2 general question about if they do ATM over there. and if they do gift cards for casey's. "No answers on the phone" while i called back and they hung up i guess. my guessing is they dont do answers on the phone. but should told me this before i called back in the beginning.

It's good enough for a gas station. I enjoy the food there but it is pretty irritating that they close hours early all the time. They also have some stocking and service issues, but those have slowly gotten better over time so hopefully the Morris Casey's improves, instead of having three drink selections and closing at 9:30 on a Friday.

I placed an online order this morning, and it was supposed to be ready at 11:40am. I went there a few minutes after the ready time. The woman with the hair buzzed off on the sides of her head had no clue who I was, until I said my name. She then went and grabbed my receipt and gave it to me, most likely expecting me to go grab the stuff because she paused for a good second. She advised me that she was waiting for another employee to arrive, and I said that's ok I can wait. So she told me she'd call me when it was ready, and I said that works because I understand it was busy and under staffed. That was 8 hours ago.... I do believe I will spend my fifty something dollars elsewhere,and not be using this gas station in town from now on. Just moved here in August, and I can safely say I'll be putting this on my list of places not to spend any money at. I have attached the screenshot of the live busy/not busy stats. Plenty of time to take care of the online order. Order#046986917
