I called in the wee hours of morning with a pizza order and my brain not fully functional yet. Harmony was very sweet and answered all my questions and requests. Even called me back to verify a detail. Pizza was hot and ready when I picked it up 20 minutes later. The store is always clean and stocked well. Love this Casey's 💜

Horrible customer service. Pick up time is always late. This is the second time we’ve ordered a pizza for pick up from this location and both times they have been 25-30 minutes late!! When we walked into the store for our scheduled pick up, two different people at the front counter simply walked away and disappeared into the back without even asking if they could help us. The only reason they get 2 stars is because their pizza is halfway decent.

Bought a 12 pk of coke zero today. Cost $8.04. Went to work and shared a pop with a co-worker. We both agreed it was flat. I took the12 pk back to the store. They said try another one, so I opened up a can in the store and that had little fizz but did not taste right. The lady poured some in a cup and said it tastes fine to her. I asked her if she drinks that kind and she said no. I said well I do and so does my co-worker, that is what I drink and it does not taste right. Couldn't they just give me back my money, instead of just saying well its fine when it was NOT FINE! Needless to say, I will not do business with them again.

We ordered a breakfast pizza on Tuesday 6/29/21.....It was the most perfectly assembled and perfectly baked Casey's pizza we've EVER ordered anywhere in MN. Restroom needed some work.... but customer service was really good too. Approx 10am. thanks!

HORRIBLE service!! Went in for a couple of slices of pizza and a soda and was told 5 minutes until my toppings were ready to serve. Literally 25 minutes later was told by the same guy, 5 minutes. Paid in advance and was waiting. 20 minutes after that, still not ready. Not my 1st time with this issue here but will be the last. Do not go here. They are dishonest and the types of people making your food, you probably don't want touching your food anyway. I asked for a refund and the cashier gave me the dirtiest look. I highly recommend not going here
