I do not enjoy giving bad reviews but it was absolutely ridiculous the first time I ordered the pizza was completely wrong, not fully cooked, my dip was missing and the cheesy bread was super seasoned, I reordered and they still forgot my dip and couldn't even cut the pizza right. I am genuinely so sad that it was so disappointing

Stopped by to pick up some ice and a cooler, and there was a guy at the counter without a mask on. Not ideal, but I can keep my distance. As I went to the back for the ice, I noticed a cashier with her mask around her neck, and two more customers with no masks at all. Got out of there pretty quick. Stopped at a different Casey's hoping it'd be a safer situation, was the only one in the store and the clerk literally pulled down her mask while ringing me up to eat cheetos. If you're going to put up signs with safety rules on them during a pandemic, should probably follow them.

First there was no one at either register when I went to check out. Then my total was $13.14 I had no pockets so There was the penny cup completely full and I was going to take 14 cents when the cashier Debra said I was not ALLOWED that I could have 4cents but that was all. I've never heard of this policy. I'd like to see it posted. Very rude cashier will never shop there again. Guess it was worth 14cents to Lose a customer!! Only in Decorah!!!

Good as a place only to go if completely necessary. Higher prices and poor service compared to that which you would get at Kwik Star down the road.

Less than average Caseys General Store. Busy traffic makes it difficult to enter and exit
