I was excited to see Casey's buy this location. But it is quickly becoming the same nasty truck stop it once was. Three times in the last month I have stopped In and found the men's bathroom smelling so strong of urine that I had to hold.my breath just to use it. This time the urinal had overflown with rank pee water and had footprints tracking it nearly to the front door. The thing that gets me is when I mentioned it to the manager (who's office is directly next to the bathroom) she just says yeah it does that sometimes we will get to it. If I can smell piss over pizza that is unacceptable!!! Update. We are now 2 months since the last review. Stopped in at 10:40am while on a service call. The bathrooms were much cleaner but with not urinal cakes or mats the smell was still there. However the smell was more what I would have expected for a 5pm work rush instead of the last stop. The big issue however was at 10:40 there were a total of 2 slices of pizza and 3 breakfast items in the case of the 5 items 4 had timed out at 10am. Multiple people asked the girl working the area about how long for fresh pizza and her reply, while playing on her phone, was next round is at 11 unless you want to order a whole one. 3 coffee grinders were empty and multiple pumps are inoperable. Update: 5/30/24, mens bathroom destroyed, pizza empty, line at the register 12 deep with only 1 person checking out customers. Countes 7 items in the sandwich/breakfast case that were 1hr+ past their best sale by time. Same store different day

I am from MN and when you walk into a Casey’s there they’re extremely clean! While driving down to TX I seen a sign for one and pulled in. Outside was nice newer I think, I was walking to the bathroom when I walked in and noticed trash on the floor before you take a left into the men’s room. I travel a lot and I k ow that as a sign the bathrooms are not going to be good. The men’s bathroom was destroyed! As soon as I rounded the corner the stale urine smell it me like a freight train! Oh and the flys, everywhere in the bathroom and the men’s restroom is right next to where all the food is made and sitting! Urine on the floor in front of all urinals and toilets, I’m aware we men think it maybe longer than it is but with a place this busy it should be mopped/bleached every hour! The grout is wet inbetween all the tile with piss! Gang writing on the tile which if they tried will come off! Please keep driving. There’s a loves close and clean!

On a typical run, stop to get fuel drinks and Sandwiches get what I think is supposed to be a chicken sandwich with pickle according to the label. Roll on down the road, go to eat 1 and find it is a plain hamburger, nothing on it. Kinda disappointing... I had my palette set on a chicken sandwich just to find out. It's not labeled correctly. Almost makes a person wonder what the price differences between the 2.

Ordered pizza online. Was told to pickup at 4:01. Got there at 4:06. Stood there 10 minutes before lady would even help me. She yells at another worker and he come back to take care of me. They hadn't even started my order! Waited another 30 minutes before my order was done. No one would even let me know what was going on. I've had better pizza from there. This one not so great. Boneless wings were so over cooked that they were hard. Ended up feeding them to dogs. I spent over 30 bucks for this order. The last 2 times I have ordered at Casey's in Blackwell, they're customer services sucked. Time before I stood there waiting while a worker was complaining about having to work. It has been several months since that order. Decided to try again. Worse this time. I contacted corporate, but that was a waste of time. I will not spend my money at the Blackwell location again.

Nice Store. The Door Chime is the Security Keypad. The Fountains here unlike the Iowa locations have more options like Pepsi Wild Cherry. There was breakfast pizza in the food warmer. This location has a lot of donuts which I took 2. The Staff here are nice and friendly. I hope this Casey’s continues to do well.
