Back for another visit to this Caribou location. We were served by employee Aleigh and she was very nice and courteous. She recommended the right drinks for us as I had never tried a "Shaker" before. She made our drinks and they were delicous. She also made two pup cups for our dogs. It was a great experience!

This establishment is attentive to the customer's experience, they offer a great variety of items year round along with a good variety of breakfast items that are a delicious albeit small bite on the go, the environment is clean and well decorated and offers a great variety of seating that is as comfortable and pleasant as the music that's playing in the lobby. The staff is attentive and well taught and offer a good consistency in orders every visit. While not exactly the cheapest flavored coffee on the market, the selection is still very good for the price and labor. Better than Starbucks.. by far.

Extremely friendly. Fast staff. Wish they had different food options. Turkey sausage is barf in pattie form.

Ordered an Extra Large of my normal drink order. Tasted nothing like the lg or med I normally get. Took it back up explained and asked for extra Carmel and the worker offered to "stir it more". Excuse me i just paid over $7 for a coffee and the most you can offer is to STIR it, with what a magic taste wand? Disappointing is kind for how this interaction went.

Waited 45 minutes for one sandwich after double checking they rang it in and got the order and the workers were incredibly disrespectful and did not even apologize for making us wait 45 minutes for a sandwich that takes less than 5 minutes to make. Terrible customer service I will not be returning. Also should say gave them a 10$ tip when ordering!!!
