May 2023: ATM is near gate C3 ... across from the United Customer Service center. Fee = $3.50/transaction. Max withdrawal = $400/transaction. It is next to a set of chairs and there is a water fountain nearby.

In Terminal C i found one ATM before security (by luggage drop off) and one after by the gate areas. They were both functioning and with a fee of 4 Dollars for withdrawals.
