Stumbled upon this store today while on a day trip to Annapolis. Was immediately struck by how incredibly diverse the selection was. There is literally something for everyone. Kids books, graphic novels, comics, non-fiction, fiction, anthologies, historical, new issues — whoever is cataloguing this store is doing an exceptional job. We settled on a beautiful Black Panther anthology and a Bluey sticker book for our daughter. We met the store manager when we were there and had a wonderful chat with him. He was a pleasure to meet and gave exception service and suggestions. We try to get to Annapolis a few times a year, and this will be added to our list of “must go” locations when we’re in town.

On Annapolis Main Street, Capital Comics is the store for local comic book aficionados. It packs, a lot of “PUNCH” and “POW” in a small and convenient set up. The shopkeeper was camera shy, but his love for the store was apparent. After perusing the store and enjoying the artwork and displays, I bought the Invincible Compendium Volume 1. I am hooked on the series on Prime and this will be a way to stay in tune while I wait for the next season. If you are on main street and love comics, make sure you stop in at Capital Comics.

Many amazing comics, mostly graphic novels. Located on Main Street in downtown Annapolis, MD. Only street parking. I went with my Mom last fall 2023. So far we got Captain America, All-Out Avengers, Iron Man, X-Men comics, & an Aquaman graphic novel. I will be back soon in 2024. My Mom also got me 2022 vintage X-Force & Hawk & Dove Comics.

It's a lovely little comic shop! For once, a comic shop that has TMNT comics! I don't known why it's so hard to find a comic shop that had TMNT comics. But they had a lot of options for comics. They even had a few Mangas in there. I definitely recommend it!
