Fantastic hotel next to the airport. Lisa came and grabbed me in the airport shuttle and was so kind and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and had a kitchen which was lovely. Will stay here again in a heartbeat!
I'm a big fan. Quick overnight from Seattle to NorCal. Staff of the hotel were all incredibly kind. Reasonable ($10) pet fee, clean rooms, and good rates. No frills, but does a great job at the basics.
Had a pleasant time staying at this Candlewood Suites. The staff is great! They were so nice and accommodating no matter the time of day or night. The location is super convenient as it’s right across from the airport. And you can’t beat FREE LAUNDRY! I for sure would stay here again. The price, staff, and location makes this place a great stay.
Lisa was great accommodating people and serving every customer in timely manner, and very professional! The service is 5 star for sure, but the overall 1 star is for insane amount of incidental fee/ deposit amount. I only stayed for 1 day, and did not aware of $250 deposit??!! This is larger than the fare. I did hear there will be an 25 incidental fees, not $250. Next time do have some type of message in the website or in the app so that people are aware.
Spent a night here and Lisa is a gem for this property! She is super attentive and friendly, came in with a nice greet just sooth the tiredness from travel. Hope management can value her worth and I definitely want to have a stay again! Nice place nice people!!
