Very nice staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were alright. The carpet in the room was filthy. Under the bed and behind the trash can was gross. The maid service did not do a good job.
I love this hotel! The staff is what makes this place so special. They're so loving and caring. The hotel itself is pretty nice too. Full suites with a kitchen and everything. Not bad for when you have to spend a week or two out of town! Thank you guys! You've always been great to me!
This was our first stay at Candlewood. The room was nice and clean. You have a kitchen if you're staying awhile. We would have liked a breakfast. The employees took care of any problems we had. Oh the best part, you have a DVD player in your room!
My boyfriend and I needed to stay here for 3 months. The staff was extremely wonderful. Angel is very informative on where to go for what you need. I was very sick at one point and they were very caring. Jennifer who works night shift was a joy to talk to and made me feel secure. The pool is heated and very relaxing. We especially liked the free laundry. There is a cupboard for food and also a lending closet with small appliances to borrow. The only problem is there not being an oven. They are very loving to your fur babies. If I had to go to Ardmore again I would definitely stay there!
Our stay here was fantastic!! Angel at the desk went above and beyond to make our stay the best! Customer service was top notch! The rooms are really nice and huge. The beds make you want to sleep all day! It's like sleeping on a cloud. My daughter loved it because there was popcorn. lol
