What people say is true just avoid and if you cant, make sure you show up on time or early, preferably early. I was rejected and told to reschedule for being 30 mins late, because of stupid DC traffic due to accident. Their words were “ if we allow you to be unloaded we would be robbing other truckers times” If there is anyone robbing anyones time its them. I rescheduled and came back, Check in 9:01 Apt 10:00 and only now at 11:51 did I get a door. I wonder how many more hours I will be here. Horrible place AVOID

All the negative reviews proved to be accurate. The place is an accident waiting to happen. After you check in they tell you to "park anywhere you can" and wait for a phone call with dock assignment... And for how slow they move unloading trucks pile up and the ridiculous amount of dropped trailers that the yard jockeys put wherever is easiest for them making it nearly impossible to get to your door within a half hour of getting the call. 100% worst C&S, worst grocery warehouse I've been to in years. If at all possible avoid like the plague

The lady on 1st shift which works from morning to noon is really mean actually i want to see her face again really rude and disrespectful. Cheaking with 2nd shift is 10star if your delivery is on appointment really helpful and friendly. Over night parking by luck not to much parking available make sure to show one hour early before your appointment. The Ground is really amazing and Friendly. Cheaking is slow but as you know as usual every where nowadays the truckers have no respect.. I woulda give 1star but the rest of the people were really friendly. This Trucker for Trump 2024.

Omg, we got to this place at 3:30 pm, were told that we had to leave the premises until 5-5:30 because that’s what time the dock workers for unloading come in. We drove down to the Walmart until 5.30, came back and had to wait because it was like all the delivery trucks all came in at once. It’s crazy here;hope we don’t ever come back here again. They have a portable potty outside and it’s filthy. Good luck on ur visit!

Appointment time was 7pm Docked at 8pm 8:30 I get a call to move over to the next door because the dock door I was in had broke. 8:40 dock into new door. It is now 3am and I’m still here unloaded waiting for paperwork for 2 hours. Smh this is crazy
