Took over an hour to get a ride to the lot. Time to trim the fat and get rid of the lazy people not doing their jobs. Each employee from every other bus had an attitude when asking where the A lot bus was.
Guess what? If you can't find your car, pick up the yellow phone in the shuttle stop and ask for help. (Not all phones work, BTW) They will send out a terrific guy who can drive you around til you find your car. Note: It is extremely helpful if you happen to know your license plate number. They can find it instantly.
This is awesome! Parking lot is huge so don’t worry much about space availability. One can track this availability online as well. There are over 15stops (probably 16) inside the lot A so wherever you park your car, a bus-stop should be nearby. Bus stops has LCD display that shows arrival time. I am pretty upset these details weren’t available at BWI website (or I didn’t find them which added a bit of stress) it takes over 10 minutes for bus to stop at every stop, on a busy day it can take longer so plan accordingly. Once bus leaves lot A, they move straight to Airport. That’s like 7 minutes. Bus have luggage sections as well
They say shuttles every 10-15 minutes.. that’s a joke! I waited 28 minutes this morning. I’m very disappointed
Might be affordable but we had to wait 40 minutes while 4 full buses passed to pick us up to get to the airport. To get back from the airport we waited 30 minutes before the first bus showed up. Ground transportation is terrible.
