I've used express parking 3 times and never again. We regularly wait 15-25 min for the shuttles and see multiple shuttles for all other parking lots before express comes. It also costs more so there's no reason to use the express lot when Long Term A/B are quicker service.
The express lot used to pick you up from your parking spot and give you a card with your spot number on it. When you arrived back from your destination, you would get on a shuttle and give the driver that card so that they could drop you off at your spot. That is what was "Express" about it. All of that is gone, and this lot has become a more expensive long term lot. The "Express" part of it, now, is that you use a credit card to get in/out instead of taking ticket, but you have to wait for a bus at designated bus stops. It's actually worse than the long term lot because there is only 1 bus running and it can take upwards to 30/45 minutes to get to/from the terminal. Avoid this lot, and either save some money using the long term lots or spend the few extra dollars and use the daily garage across the street.
Terrible. The shuttle slowed down and then kept going giving us no time to get on. And no it was not full. After traveling for over 20hrs this is unacceptable
Nothing about this lot is expressed. I’ve been waiting over 20 mins to leave the airport while other lots have come more than twice. I am going to try a different lot going forward.
I’m not really sure what is express about this lot. The buses seem like they don’t run as often. I think I need to go back to Long Term.
