First off, they lied to me about taking any credit card and wanted cash only. The driver was speeding through traffic which made me feel uncomfortable and not safe. The driver dropped me off at my hotel and demanded I pay cash even though they can take card. The driver was not professional about it and the accepted credit cards was displayed on their window. The driver then said why I haven't taken a shuttle to the hotel. I've never been to this ariport before and I don't know where everything is at. Seems like he wanted to be lazy and do nothing. Next time I'm in Baltimore, I'm taking an Uber to my next location.
Fast service. Clean vehicle. Very reasonable price. Way Cheaper than Uber
They are overpriced and their website is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend.
No meter and no working credit card reader. 20$ cash for the short trip to Embassy Suites. Next time we will be taking an Uber.
Quoted me the wrong fare and charged me $10 extra than the original price! I will not recommend this!
