They are usually great, but all trains were canceled and we waited for hours and they did not offer ANY solutions. No available rentals nearby and taxis are unreasonably high to get anywhere i was going on the train to. Flights were also nonexistent to our destination. They should have given us taxi vouchers to get where we need to. Waiting 3 hours and being expected to wait as long or longer is not ok.
Convenient location, free parking for the first half hour. They completely remodeled the waiting room in the past few years, and it's really nice. I love this train station.
Very good transportation and station Travel Washington DC or New York to use this metro.
U don't have to wait for nothing! You come and go at your own place!
