Placed an order before they closed never received my food and I was refused a refund. Horrible nasty customer service and would recommend everyone avoid this place since they’re stealing money from customers. Also the manager and cashier refused to give me either of their names or an explanation as to what happened. I’ll definitely be contacting someone from corporate so they can hopefully rectify this situation and prevent it from happening to anyone else!

I was stuck in Fort Lauderdale airport for hours and was trying get food at 8:15pm. The staff ignored me and wouldn’t take my order. Acted as if they didn’t speak English or knew where the front desk service was located. I love BurgerFI but I will never order again. It’s so unprofessional

Completely incorrect order which is astonishing considering the fact we ordered on the screen and they just needed to read it. Machines weren’t printing receipts for numbers, woman behind the counter didn’t have anyone running food so they asked us to walk behind the counter and grab it “Parm fries” below
