No ice in the soft drink dispenser at 11am. Finally got ice, sat down, and found pickles on my Whopper where there should have been none. Remade burger was luke warm at best. I had heard mixed reviews of this store, but gave it a shot. The dinning area appeared clean, but the men's room was a mess. Not going back.
I've been going to this Burger King for about a decade at this point. In all that time, I can only remember being dissatisfied twice. Once my food was burned, and once my food was cold. But that's over almost 10 years of visiting nearly every single day for breakfast or lunch. The only reason I haven't given 4 or even 5 stars is they never keep to their hours of operation. They supposedly open at 0600 and close at midnight, but more often than not they will open late and close early by several hours.
Sheppard AFB BK had the worst service of any BK I’ve ever been to. They took ten minutes to take my order at the drive thru and when they did, they changed people taking the order in the middle of it and they kept talking to the person at the window while I was speaking (they had their mic still on). When actually paying attention to my order, they couldn’t remember anything I said and I had to repeat it several times. They charged me for 2 of an item I didn’t order but I allowed it as I wanted to get through there and go home with my food and kids but then after I paid, the made me pull forward and wait 15 minutes. When they brought the order out, I was sure it wasn’t right but I took my crying children home and sure enough, the 2 items I paid for but did not order were missing. When I went to call BK to tell them, the phone number wasn’t connected.
I love to go to bk for their impossible Whoppers, but this bk doesn't cook them properly. I've been here and gotten the impossible Whopper 4-5 times now. Each time the meat has been burn. If you love the impossible Whopper like I do, please don't order it from this burger King
They open the drive-thru late every morning!! Some of us have to go teach classes, or go to class as prior service at 0730. It says they open at. 0700 but they dont open the drive through till 0710 or sometimes till 0715.. Its a bit frustrating when I cant back up to get to class because there are now cars behind me lining up. Its very frustrating when things are not open on time.
