I’ve had the same issues here multiple times. They make you wait forever to take your order, they are impatient if they can’t hear you (I speak quite loudly, but during lunch time large trucks are often passing), and they will make you wait a car length or two behind the window because they are more concerned with cheating their service times than actually giving you good service.

Came here twice in two days for a big lunch order for our team working in Naples. The staff is friendly and efficient. Both times the food was fresh and presented quickly. The order accuracy was spot on even with the double drive thru backed up into the street. The staff seem to work very well as a team and enjoy serving the customer. Great location!

We tried the New Classic Patty Melt and the Philly Melt today. Disgusting! The sandwiches looked nothing like the pictures, had no flavor and the bread was spongy. I couldn't taste burger at all in my sandwich, i could see it though. Stick to the whopper BK!

The worst BK I've been to. Their board shows 12 Hot Wheels/Barbie toys to collect but yet they say their kids meal Does NOT come with a toy. Also they say they don't have apple sauce for kids meal any more only fries. The Chicken Fries I ordered were stale and tasted like they were made yesterday and kept in a warmer. Terrible meal, and manager acted as if he didn't care when I told him.
