Please explain the point of a mobile order if I have to stand in line 5-10 min as it is prepared. Make it make sense.

so Burger King on north west street called the cops on me because she put pickle on my son burger and he’s allergic and said she won’t replace it or give me my money back! Now if I my son would’ve ate it and broke out that would’ve been a lawsuit anything could’ve happen!, also when I was ordering my food she got mad I changed my order and told me shes not changing my food back! I told her customers come first and she said she don’t care! horrible horrible! If Otis was here at night this would’ve never went down March 19, 2022 the girl in the photo was horrible to me! I’m literally scared for me and my kids to eat this food by the way I was treated! She then called the police on me because I took a picture of her telling me that’s against the law, everyone know you can you record and go live and take pictures of proof of anything, even with police! So now I’m wrongfully trespassed from burger king because she wouldn’t replace my order! I have everything on recording as well. Filing a complaint with Copperate as well

I have not gotten good food at this restaurant very often. but the last time I went with my son in order to whopper it was not bad at all. yay for improvement. better than the one across town that only had two employees working.

I stopped by yesterday with my mom to grab lunch and the chicken sandwich was burnt and stale. My chicken sandwich was delicious but I didn't receive the onions I requested. Both orders of onion rings were stale. The lady employee was nice but I'm not sure what's going on with some of these fast food establishments.
