The New GM .. has me going more often now!! Not going to lie, didn't care for Burger King In Alice Anymore, Always Had My Order Wrong, Or Was Out Of Something .. Now They Are Doing An Amazing Job!! Glad To Have Burger King Back!! Good Jobp

This Burger King in Alice didn't have anyone inside the restaurant when I pulled up at the tail end of my lunch hour. I now suspect it's because the locals know not to go here. The service was lousy, the young lady at the counter acted as if she'd rather be anywhere but there. They were out of alot of stuff. They messed the simple order up twice. I didn't have time to stick around and give them a third try at it, so I ate what I could. I don't know whether they have employee problems, or management problems, but until they get it figured out, I'm not going back. This was very disappointing because I rarely get the opportunity to eat at a Burger King, and really looked forward to this.

I ordered on line but until I went to pick up my order they told me they had no veggies or cokes after I paid on line. Another time the burgers I received were warm and juicy but I waited 25 to 30 minutes and not once was offered a free drink or anything extra for waiting so long.

Customer service is very poor. Also after I ate here my debit card number was used fraudulently. The PayPad at the register was extremely slow. I am sure it has a skimmer in it. Also I saw a fully mobile employee park in the handicapped spot. I watched her run around the restaurant so I’m not sure what that was.

Visit attempted at 3:59 pm 3/10/24. This not a place to go in Alice. I can't answer about the food because we never got services. We came in stood at the counter when a blonde employee came by and said where's Angela while she walked to the drive through. Another staff member walked to the front door smoking her cigarette then went to the back to the kitchen area. After waiting 4 minutes and no one acknowledging us my guest went to the rest room. When she returned still no one had come to counter. So we left. I guess the owners make so much money they don't need to take care of all customers.
