Raw Chicken Nuggets- Stopped by last Thursday Night around 9. Ordered 10 pc nuggets and 2 large onion rings. Told we would have to wait on the nuggets to cook- no problem I like hot food. After pulling up and waiting a while bag was brought out. Popped a nugget into my mouth while driving down the road- Could tell something was wrong so spit out the window- After got home discovered there were 7 nuggets left and all raw. Yes I only got 8 of the 10 and they were raw in the middle. Called the store- Manager? said she has told them about overloading the cooker and things don’t get done. Not the first time. Asked if I wanted to drive all the way back over for another 10 piece. I did not. Did the survey- asked for BK to contact me about this and 5 days later no call.
Went by there tonight to go get food and even though there were sitting around inside their eating they told me they couldn't take an order for another 30 minutes because or system was down
I ordered the Impossible Whopper with no mayo and was immediately asked if I was vegan. He then told the cook not to use the broiler for my burger. Didn't have to ask, that's a first. Awesome!
Came here on 10/17 no one was in the Drive thru nor in line inside the building. Once we pulled up to the speaker we no one greeted us. We had to say Hello. Then had us to hold. Again no line they were not busy. Then once we ordered finally we were told to pull up yo wait. Again why if your not busy. Then they only gave us 3 drinks when we had 4. Once our food came after a 10min wait I checked male sure our food was correct. It was O thought. But none of our burgers had Bacon when we paid extra for it. Never again will I go back there. Then the lady brought out our food with her mask on her chin and not her nose. Ugh
Literally the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. They were totally out of chicken fries and chicken nuggets, but we weren’t told this until ten minutes after we ordered. We just decided to order a chicken sandwich with no mayo instead. Get the sandwich and it’s drenched in mayo...along with mayo being on every other single burger we ordered too. Cheese was missing off every sandwich as well. We had to go back to the counter three times with incorrect items and each time they just took the sandwich without saying anything. No sorry or anything. I’m still mind blown from our experience.
