I ordered a whopper and forgot to say no mayo so at the window I asked can I get it no mayo. The manager Shay was irritated by it and said she getting in trouble wit corporate for all the remakes ( which doesn’t make sense) but then finally agreed to remake the sandwich. I’m brought my food and upon unwrapping my sandwich there is a horrid smell. So I take off all the toppings and notice what looks like ketchup on it and I didn’t request ketchup so that baffled me so as I always do I smelled my food and of course it was the source of the horrid smell. I took the sandwich back and asked for a new fresh whopper be made and Shay the manger says yes it smells bad but I can’t remake your food anymore you’ll have to wait til the morning and talk to the general manager of the store. I’m livid and disgusted and out of a meal and she was very rude and ignorant about it threatening to call the police on me if I don’t leave when I only asked for an edible whopper? I will be reporting this store to all corporate offices and requesting an investigation from Georgia health department. Burger King is what it is due to the customer base and its employees like this that give y’all a bad name and cause loss of business. I will be escalating this to the proper level of management and won’t be doing business there again. I’ll also be speaking to the now general manager hopefully I get results but I’ll still be reporting this. Food tampering is not ok and they laughed about it like it’s funny. Something needs to be done about that store it’s employee and the manager Shay.

Changed my 5 star to a 1 star. Order was missing items which normally that does not happen. I called up there to let them know, got a phone hung up on my face and hunny, I know who you are! So I had to drive back up there. Was greeted with nice nasty attitude and questioned on if I really came back for my order. I understand that you only make minimum wage but if you ever want to be more than a bk worker, be a better human(s)

Visited the Burger King in COLUMBUS, GA since it was only location so far with the Impssible burger. (Im a piscetarian- only eat seafood) This plant based Impossible Whopper was was very Dlish! Flame-grilled aroma & taste, nice texture to chew (I had cheese added). I even brought one back for my daughter (a true carnivore who never eats my vegetarian foods lol) and she asked me if I was sure it wasn't meat and proceeded to continue to eat lol. I can't wait until it hits all locations soon!
